By accessing or using NexoMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use NexoMe.
3. Permitted Use
NexoMe is provided for personal self-discovery and educational purposes. You may not use the platform to make employment decisions, diagnose medical conditions, or discriminate against any individual. Results are for informational purposes only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and branding on NexoMe are owned by NexoMe Inc. You retain ownership of your personal data and assessment responses. Your personality results may be shared at your discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
NexoMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings, which will trigger deletion of your personal data within 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
